This is NOT a gender-specific cause favoring either fathers or mothers, as the true enemy is your State's Family Court System. Press Release for the Federal Class Action Lawsuit Sorry, the Federal Judge has decided that fighting to retain our Constitutional and Civil Rights is frivouous behavior, and dismissed the suit without entertaining it's merits. Personal Stories - This section will document the stories of some of our friends in this struggle. It will detail the actions of Judges, District Attorneys, lawyers for the opposition, lawyers that are SUPPOSED to be working for you, Social Workers, Law Guardians, Court appointed psychologists, etc. And, the names will NOT be changed so as to protect the remaining innocents. Please write down your story, every detail. Document EVERYTHING ! Keep a Journal ! Email them to us, and we'll add them to this site. Right now there's just my story, and it's just getting organized. Read on, but be patient... Click here for the beginnings of my story. Ken Don Fennely has been a good friend, a source of strength for me through this nightmare and an inspiration. Watching him and his son has shown me just how important it is to have a close connection between father and son.. Don is a wonderful Dad, and loves his son more than words can tell. But you don't NEED any words to tell, you can SEE it in a child's eyes and in his smile. Don's story is next, if we ever get a chance to work on it, nothing drains you like these unnecessary court visits, and the constant fear that I have about the outcome of all of this.. You just wish once, one of these Judges would follow their own laws, and let us retain the use of SOME of our Civil and Constitutional Rights. Come on Judges, both Guys and Gal(?), we don't even ask for a fighting chance of surviving this, just SOME chance at all. After all, you had the chance to write ALL the rules and laws, you'd think that you'd follow at least some of them, or at least I'd hope that you'd feel a little guilty about the destruction you cause when you don't. Why do you seem to want to destroy ALL of us, anyway? The guilt doesn't seem evident ANYWHERE.... My kids friends have MORE rights to see them than I do, my wife's co-workers can take them away for weekends and MY right to do so has been stripped from me. Enough ranting for now, don't want to appear "unstable" to anyone. Funny, I design life-saving medical equipment for a living, I've essentially been entrusted with people's lives and those of their children, even preemies that weigh less than a pound, but I'm not allowed to use my own boat (mariatal property- but she's had EVERYTHING for two years, and won't let me touch ANY of it), anyway, I can't even BORROW "Her" boat to take my OWN son fishing, but she can dump him off to a co-worker to do so, even if I don't know the guy. (?? What's WRONG with this picture ??) Here's a badly written poem written out of frustration from not seeing my kids, and inspired by my friend Don who knows what being a father means. It was written about the time Don dissappeared for 5 weeks, and was unable to contact ANYONE. (Poem) Don Fennely's story - Nope, don't have his story from him yet, just a couple of very cute personal Christmas Greetings from Don. These of course were staged, because he, like many other Non-Custodial fathers, will NOT have the pleasure of seeing their kids on Christmas. But, if you ever need a testament of how good a father is, you can tell by looking at the face of their kids. Check these out, I doubt you'll ever see a happier little boy.
